Home Care Agency, Inc our mission is that each of our clients receives the most excellent home health care experience in the comfort of their home. Our caregivers (i.e., Nurses, Medical Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Nutritionist, Homemakers/Housekeepers, Home Health Aides, Personal Care Aides, Companions, etc.) all promote healthy well being and provide compassionate care. If any of the services that you need are not listed, please give us a call at your earliest convenience so that we can arrange a service to accommodate your needs.

| We understand that with your busy schedule and other responsibilities it might be challenging for you to provide adequate loving, and consistent care that your elderly parents, family members or friends may need. We also understand that there may be time constraints of your own life that conflict with you being able to be there all the time for your loved once as you may want. Skilled Nursing Services
Most Excellent Home Care Agency can be relied on to provide services by skilled nursing professionals. We will provide the support you need by our skilled nursing services professionals to observe, manage and evaluate the appropriate care needed for each of our clients. A New York State Licensed Registered Nurse will provide services in accordance with a plan of care and consistent with a medical regime for each particular client. Our nurses ensure the highest level of quality care and client satisfaction by continually assessing and evaluating the quality of services delivered. |

Skilled nursing services may include but are not limited to:
- • Initial assessment and evaluations
- • Obtaining and monitoring vitals
- • Client education
- • Diabetic care
- • Simple wound care/dressing change
- • Pre-operative and post-operative care
- • Medication instruction as per doctors order

Most Excellent Home Care Agency knows the value that a companion can have in a senior parent or elderly family member’s life, as well as, all of our clients. A companion that does household chores, as well as, providing laughter and a listening ear can really help and brightening a client's day. This is why we make companionship an integral part of our home care services. |

We provide personal care services in a compassionate manner that allows for us to maintain the focus on emotional well-being and client safety. We know that sometimes it is not easy for elderly people to accept personal care services, so we make sure to provide a warm relationship, built on trust and genuine affection.

- • Assist with care of the teeth and mouth

- • Assist with transfers from bed to chair or commode and back

Therefore, we ensure that these homemaking services are available for our clients. |
